Entity: Borrower must be an LLC or other legal entity.
Experience: We lend to active investors who have completed at least 1 investment project in the last 12 months.
Call First: After a quick call, weโll know if our services would be a good fit for your situation.

Once youโre invited to apply, weโll collect deal details, LLC docs, and run a soft credit check. Fast turnaround โ usually 1โ2 business days.
๐ Property Under Contract
Submit full deal details, rehab scope, and purchase agreement. The more complete the package, the faster we can underwrite.
๐ Valuation
We review your comps and run our own. No appraisals for most deals โ just solid numbers. First-time borrowers may require a site visit.
๐ผ Final Approval
Once we verify the title, insurance, and HUD draft, we green-light the wire. Your attorney will close and disburse rehab funds per schedule.
๐ Exit Strategy
Sell, refi, or wholesale โ your deal, your exit. Weโre here to make the financing part smooth, fast, and repeatable.
