Anchorwood Lending is a locally owned lender in Greenville, North Carolina. Alongside our own capital, we work with a small number of private capital partners who want exposure to business-purpose real estate lending in markets we operate in ourselves.
How we think about it

We are the operators
Anchorwood is run by people who buy, renovate and resell houses in these same markets. Every deal we lend on is read by someone who has done the work.

Business-purpose fix-and-flip lending to entities, secured by North Carolina real estate. We don't drift outside what we know.
