    Enlisted in the United States Army out of high school. The discipline and follow-through I learned there is how I still run every deal.

    Finance at ECU, full time in real estate

    Studied finance at East Carolina University while working full time as a real estate agent. Graduated summa cum laude in 2021.

    Founded Turner Home Team while still at ECU. We buy houses as-is across North and South Carolina, and we run it on one rule: honor your word.

    Hundreds of properties, and counting

    Licensed NC general contractor and broker. Hundreds of investment properties owned or sold, and I'm still running rehabs today.

    Anchorwood Lending

    Lending to other investors since July 2025, with the product I want on my own flips: no monthly payments during the rehab for qualified borrowers.

Why I lend this way

Every flip I do teaches me the same thing: the first six months are the hardest. A monthly interest bill is the last thing you need, so that’s the first thing we fixed.
